Recipe Of The Day : Oreo Churos

Churros is a fried dough pastry that eat as snacks. Churros is very popular in Spain, France, Portugal. At 70's churros is eaten for breakfast and dipped Ib Café con leche .

However, now days, people always come with new  innovative idea and reproduce something become new thing. For instant; churros, people now days came out with new recipe of churros.

At first,  churros dipping sauce now days people like to eat with chocolate or fruits jam . Besides , churros dough also have been innovated by adding oreo . I found out that oreo churros has incredible taste and it is so yummy .

Therefore , I decided to share oreo churros recipe;)
It is so yummy and very suitable for party desert .


All you need is; 
Oreo Churros:
20 oreos
1 cup water
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Dipping sauce;
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Oreo churros magic dust;
1/2 cup sugar
Oreo crumbs (nanti buat from 20's oreo)

Steps;
● Separate the oreo cookies and the vanilla cream .
● Blend the oreo cookies until nice fine crumble like sands.
● In a pot, boil water, butter, brown sugar and salt.
● In a large bowl add flour, tbsp oreo crumbs, cinnamon. Mix them together
● Add the boiled syrup into the dry ingredient bowl .
● Beat eggs + vanilla extract, and add them into the big bowl. Blend them well.
● After the batter is done, place the piping bag in a jar so that you can easily fill in the batter.

● Pipe it on baking sheet to keep the shape .
● After that , keep them in a freezer for 1 hours to keep the shape of the churros
● Mean while, heat oil in a pot at 175°C

Dipping sauce :
●  Beat the heavy whipping cream until fluffy .
● Then add all the oreo's vanilla cream.

Oreo churros magic dust :
●Add all oreo crumbs and sugar , mix them together
● Get the churros out of the freezer
● Take the churros with a spatula and fry it in a hot oil pot until it pop to the top.
● Take it away , dry it on a paper towel.
● While they still warm , roll them in the oreo magic dust
●Then , it ready to be serve with dipping ;)

This entry , I will share a review about skin care product; Babies Blink .
Sebenarnya, I've been try this product almost 5 month . And I am like it so much.
Mula2 tau product ni influence dari kawan. Muka kwn I tu mmg dah flawless, and then one day jumpa dia, her skin become flawless+pinkish. That kind of skin is something every girl dreams to have . Rupanya setelah di kaji selidik, she consuming babies blink. Kawan I sendiri jadi testimoni yg berjaya, semestinya kita pun influence nak consume that product .


Mula2 nak try, I am so hesitate. Cause there is so many bad rumours about this product. Some said, ada mercury, too much bahan chemical. Until one day, I rajin kan diri buat a bit research, and I try to find this product on National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau. Guess what , this product is listed there. Kalau tak percaya, you can check it below. Try compare the product code.



Start from that, baru lah hati ni rasa percaya sikit . . First few week of consuming this product , my skin peeled and started to have pimples . I jarang kena pimples yg berlonggok especially dkt dahi. Pimples never goes to my forehead. Tp sbb product ni , pimples at my forehead .

I ask my friend how can this be . She said, cause before you change to other product , you should stop consuming any product for few weeks . At least 3 weeks. If not , your skin will be like mine .

P/s : for those want to change product,  let your skin rest for at least three weeks okayyy. . Don't be like me. Hehe


I keep consuming the product. it took almost a month for the result. Now, after five month I consumed this product, the result is incredible.

Now , I no need to wear any make up when I go out . Just day cream and some lipstick. Kalau rajin , some mineral powder. So for people out there, do not hesitate to use this product . There is thousands of successful testimony out there .

Kepada yang kata product ni bahaya, try to think why there is many successful testimony out there. Kalau tak jadi towards your face, maybe this product is not suite to your face. Cause not all of us have same type of skin.

Besides, most of my friends also consuming this product . Hahaha . Semua flawlessly lah lepas ni . Jangan jealous :P

The Sumbs

The Sumbs cafe's tag line is "for foodie by foodie"


The Sumbs cafe is located at Block 7 Persiaran Alami, Seksyen 13, Shah Alam. Near to Pusat Zakat Selangor and besides Good Hope Hotel. It operate everyday starts at 12 pm - 11 pm accept for Friday. The environment of the cafe is suits for those who wants to chill with friends and want to have the light and casual dinner.


Every time I went to The Sumbs, I always order Pasta Carbonara. The perfect combination of light thick texture of creamy sauce with sliced chicken ham and shiitake mushroom. Plus, the cheesy, light salty and garlicky taste made me in love with this dish. If I can rate this Pasta Carbonara, I'll give 9/10 . So peeps, The Sumbs Cafe is IS A HIGHLY RECOMENDED cafe that you should go


It only RM9.90 and so worth it.
Besides pasta, they also serve Asian cuisine. Such as, Dendeng Daging, Asam Pedas 
They also selling signature desserts from Suka Sucre by Dato' Fazley Yaakob, There is various of desserts, French Macrons, Kekonut, Cakes, Panna Cotta and more.


The uniqueness of this cafe is they serve the food not use any glass, clay plates, all the dishes been served in recycled paper boxes. It is very simple. Also, the price range is very affordable comes with the nice dishes and the cozy ambiance. 
So guys, don't forget to mark your date for this cafe.

Recipe Of The Day : Speghetti Carbonara

Ohmygeeee!!! Speghetti Carbonara is an Italian traditional food that has stole my heart . the most delicious dish I've ever eat. i like how cheesy and creamy carbonara is. Well, obviously because I'm a cheese lover. So anything that come out with cheese is my favorite. As you can see my previous recipe post most of them has connected with cheese.
Okay, back to the topic of Carbonara, the dish was created in the middle of 20th centuries. It is an Italian pasta dish from Rome.


So, here is the amazing Carbonara Recipe ^.^ Hope you enjoy it

INGREDIENTS:

600 g spaghetti
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 small onion, finely chopped
100 g sausage, slice
100 g ham, slice
1 cup fresh milk
1 cup light cream
2 cup Parmesan Cheese
Dash of black paper
Dash of oregano


METHOD:
  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic until they start to soften, usually about 5 mins.
  2. Add the sausage and ham and fry until the they starts to brown.
  3. Place the light cream in a bowl and beat. Add the milk and Parmesan, beat and season with black pepper.
  4. When the pasta is cooked, drain and add the onions, garlic, sausage and ham. Pour over the carbonara sauce and return to the heat for 1-2 mins, stirring all the time and season with oregano.
  5. Serve your spaghetti carbonara immediately with a green salad and some garlic bread if you fancy it.

Be Beauty, Be Gorgeous, Be Confident [How to-Put On Foundation]

Hello peeps.... Last time I posted about how to find the best foundation for our face. This time, I want to share how to put on the foundation. I learnt this from Bobbi Brown tutorial. Hope you enjoy it :)

STEP 1 PREP
Before applying foundation, prep your skin with touch of moisturizer or primer that's perfect for your skin type. All foundations will go on more smoothly if the skin is well-hydratedLet the moisturizer, sunscreen or primer set for about a minute.

STEP 2

CHOOSE YOUR SHADE
Choose your favorite foundation formula, then swatch 2 to 3 shades on the side of your face and on your forehead; the shade that disappears is the correct one for your skin tone. If the foundation looks ashy, it’s too light. If it looks too yellow, it’s too dark.

STEP 3

APPLY
Foundation should be applied after under eye concealer. Use your fingers, a Foundation Brush or Makeup Sponge to apply foundation. Start around the nose and mouth where skin tends to be red and uneven. For a full-coverage look, apply and blend foundation on the rest of the face.

STEP 4

SET
For the most polished look—and added staying power—set foundation with a light dusting of face powder. Use a Powder Brush for sheer application and a Powder Puff for more coverage.

STEP 5

WARM UP
Warm up the skin with a dusting of Bronzing Powder over cheeks, forehead, nose, chin and neck using the Bronzer Brush.

Recipe Of The Day : Red Velvet Cupcake by DC Cupcake

Have you heard about Georgetown cupcake ? It also known as DC cupcake . It is the most cupcake bakery in US .
The most famous cupcake i Georgetown Cupcake is red velvet cupcake . It taste so yummy and has unique topping swirls that is their signature swirls.

WHAT IS THEIR SECRET INGREDIENTS ?
Well here it is;

Red velvet cupcake;
12 tbsp unsalted butter
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 large eggs
2 1/2 tbsp coco powder
4 tbsp red food coloring
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup whole milk
3 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Cream cheese frosting :
6 oz of cream cheese
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
4 cup sifted confectionery sugar


Steps:
  • Preheat oven at 175C
  • Mix butter and sugar for 3-5 minutes
  • Add eggs one by one.
  • In a small bowl, mix together cocoa powder, red food colouring and vanila extract and add it into the batter.
  • In a small bowl, add salt into milk and beat them nicely. Then, add flour and milk into batter little bit and gradually
  • Keep mixer on low to avoid over mixing you batter
  • Mix baking soda and apple cider vinegar quickly and add it into the batter.
Cream Cheese Frosting;

  • Mix cream cheese,  butter,  vanila extract together until smooth and flufy .
  • Then add sugar . Mix them until batter become creamy. Then , it's ready to be frost at the top of red velvet cupcake
