The most famous cupcake i Georgetown Cupcake is red velvet cupcake . It taste so yummy and has unique topping swirls that is their signature swirls.

Well here it is;
Red velvet cupcake;
12 tbsp unsalted butter
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 large eggs
2 1/2 tbsp coco powder
4 tbsp red food coloring
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup whole milk
3 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Cream cheese frosting :
6 oz of cream cheese
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
4 cup sifted confectionery sugar
Steps:
- Preheat oven at 175C
- Mix butter and sugar for 3-5 minutes
- Add eggs one by one.
- In a small bowl, mix together cocoa powder, red food colouring and vanila extract and add it into the batter.
- In a small bowl, add salt into milk and beat them nicely. Then, add flour and milk into batter little bit and gradually
- Keep mixer on low to avoid over mixing you batter
- Mix baking soda and apple cider vinegar quickly and add it into the batter.
Cream Cheese Frosting;
- Mix cream cheese, butter, vanila extract together until smooth and flufy .
- Then add sugar . Mix them until batter become creamy. Then , it's ready to be frost at the top of red velvet cupcake
